GastroMedia; It is a peer-reviewed, open-access, international scientific journal published biannually, in May and October. Scientific articles submitted for publication in the journal must be in Turkish or English.
It publishes original research, reviews, case reports, book reviews, interviews and activity articles that address gastronomy and media from various perspectives in order to create a global platform where the scientific knowledge of academic researchers, industry professionals, industry-leading influencers and industry representatives are shared. It is open to contributions from other disciplines of tourism and from different fields, including in-depth research and comments on gastronomy and media issues. Academicians, researchers, professionals, sector representatives, businesses, academic institutions and organizations constitute the target audience of the journal.
